CHAP. 110.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary A. Hall. April 18, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary A. Hall.Pension.That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Mary A. Hall, widow of Charles J. Flail, late of Company A, Seventh Regiment of Connecticut Volunteers, and allow her a pension rated at twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 18, 1896.
