CHAP. 106.— An Act To correct the muster of Lieutenant Gilman L. Johnson. April 16, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Gilman L. Johnson Muster corrected.That the Secretary of War be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the record of Second Lieutenant Gilman L. Johnson, late of the One hundred and forty-second Regiment of New York Infantry, so as to make his muster as said lieutenant date from the date of his enlistment in said regiment, and that he have all rights and emoluments due him thereby or by reason thereof.
