CHAP. 105.— An Act For the relief of John C. Cutter, late first lieutenant, Thirty-sixth Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry. April 16, 1896. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John C. Cutter.Granted honorable discharge.That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to revoke the order accepting the resignation of First Lieutenant John C. Cutter, Thirty-sixth Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, on January second, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, “for the good of the service,” and to issue to him an honorable *Proviso.*No additional pay, etc. discharge as of said date: *Provided,* That nothing in this Act shall be construed so as to allow the said Cutter any pay, bounty, pension or other allowances to which he would not have been entitled under the terms of his original discharge.
