CHAP. 102.— An Act Granting a pension to Richard Brookins. January 27, 1897. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the Secretary of theRichard Brookins, alias Dick Spencer.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Richard Brookins, who served under that name in Troops M and H of the Ninth Regiment of United States Cavalry, and under the name of Dick Spencer in Company K, One hundred and twenty-third United States Colored Infantry.
