CHAP. 91.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Ellery.February 13, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elizabeth Ellery.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Ellery, widow of Frank Ellery, late commodore United States Navy, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 13, 1895.
