CHAP. 9.— An Act Making an appropriation to supply nil urgent deficiency in the appropriation for the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-five, for public printing and binding.December 24, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Deficiency appropriation. That the following sum be, and the same is hereby, appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, namely: public printing and binding.Public printing and binding.
For public printing and binding, and for paper for the public printing, including the cost of printing the debates and proceedings of Congress in the Congressional Record, and for lithographing, mapping, and engraving for both Houses of Congress, including the salaries or compensation of all necessary clerks or employees, for labor (by the day, piece, or contract), and for all the necessary materials which may be needed in the prosecution of the work, one hundred thousand dollars.
