That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the Act of Congress approved June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety;Vol. 26, p. 182. the name of Maria Davis, widow of Lieutenant E. R. R. Davis, of Company A, Ninth Regiment, Colored, United States Heavy Artillery. Approved, February 12, 1895.
