CHAP. 68.— An Act To increase the pension of Marcus D. Box.February 8, 1895. FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. III. Chs. 68–71. 1895.1029 *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Marcus D. Box.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the invalid pension roll the name of Marcus D. Box, late a private of Company D, First Missouri Volunteer Infantry, afterwards First Missouri Artillery, subject to the limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month: *Provided*, That it be shown to the satisfaction*Proviso*.Condition. of the Secretary of the Interior that he is totally blind and that such condition is not a result of his vicious habits.
