CHAP. 57.— An Act For discharge of Julius L. Briggs as sergeant.February 4, 1895. 1028FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. III. Chs. 57, 58, 65–67. 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Julius L. Briggs.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the record of the service of Julius L. Briggs, Company A, of Second Regiment of New York Heavy Artillery, so that it may appear by said record that said Julius L.
Briggs was honorably discharged as a sergeant of said *Proviso*.No pay, etc.company as was the fact: *Provided*, That no pay or emoluments shall become due by virtue of this Act. Approved, February 4, 1895.
