CHAP. 53.— An Act For the relief of Michael Scanlon.January 31, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*,Michael Scanlon.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to pay to Michael Scanlon, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred dollars, to reimburse him for the loss of a like sum through the dishonesty of a receiver of the United States land office at North Platte, Nebraska. Approved, January 31, 1895.
