CHAP. 5.— An Act For the relief of B. F. Berry.December 13, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,B. F. Berry. That the Secretary of the Interior be directed to issue to B. F. Berry, of Simpson County, Mississippi,Patent to, for land in Mississippi.

Chs. 5, 13, 16, 17. 1894. a patent to the east half of the northwest quarter of section thirty-six, township two north, range two east, Choctaw meridian, situated in said Simpson County, Mississippi, conveying to said B. F. Berry the title of the United States to said land upon his payment or tender to Lloyd M. Kelley, of said county, of the sum of money paid by said Kelley into the land office at Jackson, Mississippi, for said land, on the twenty-third day of April, eighteen hundred and ninety-four. Sec. 2. That this Act take effect and be in force from and after its passage. Approved, December 13, 1894.
