CHAP. 42.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Levans.January 22, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Levans.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Mary Levans, widow of Jacob Levans, late a soldier in the Indian war of eighteen hundred and seventeen and eighteen hundred and eighteen, and allow her a pension rated at fifteen dollars per month, the said Mary Levans being now an inmate of the poorhouse of Carroll County, Georgia. Approved, January 22, 1895.
