CHAP. 40.— An Act For the relief of Moses W. Carpenter, of Johnson County, Arkansas, Mexican war veteran.January 22, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Moses W. Carpenter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Moses W. Carpenter, of Johnson County, Arkansas, Mexican war veteran, at fifteen dollars a month. Approved, January 22, 1895.
