CHAP. 343.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to amend an Act entitled ‘An Act granting the right of way Io the Hutchison and Southern Railroad company through the Indian Territory.’”August 27, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hutchison and Southern Railroad Company. Time for right of way extended. Vol. 26, p. 488; Vol. 27, p. 2. That the provisions of section two of the Act entitled “An Act to amend ‘An Act granting the right of way to the Hutchison and Southern Railroad Company through the Indian Territory,’” approved February third, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, be, and the same hereby are, extended for a further period of three years.
