CHAP. 341.— An Act To amend an Act entitled “An Act to create a new division of the northern judicial district of Georgia,” approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-one.August 27, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Georgia northern judicial district. Terms of court. Columbus. That the terms of the circuit and district courts for the western division of the northern judicial District of Georgia, held at Columbus, shall convene on the first Monday in May and the first Monday in December, instead of the first Monday Vol. 26, p. 1110.in June and the first Monday in January, as now provided by law.
And each of said terms shall continue as long as the presiding judge may deem necessary. Sec. 2. That all laws and parts of laws conflicting with this Act are hereby repealed. Approved, August 27, 1894.
