CHAP. 339.— An Act For the relief of P. W. Mitchell, M. C. Felmet, George H. Smathers, and others.August 24, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eastern Band Cherokee Indians.Payment from funds of, to P. W. Mitchell, etc. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any funds in the Treasury belonging to the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, to the following persons, to wit:
P. AV. Mitchell, one hundred and twenty-nine dollars; M. C. Felmet, one hundred and fifty dollars; George H. Smathers, seventy-seven dollars and fifty cents; David Blythe, thirty dollars; Jesse Reed, seven dollars; William Locust, seventeen dollars, and George French, five dollars. Approved, August 24, 1894.
