CHAP. 336.— An Act For the relief of Mrs. Mary A. Menefee.August 24, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary A. Menefee.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mrs. Mary A. Menefee, widow of Richard Menefee, captain Company E, Eighth Regiment Missouri State Militia Cavalry, in the late war, as well as a private in Company K, Extra Battalion Missouri Volunteers, in war with Mexico, and allow her a pension at eight dollars per month from the date of the passage of this Act.
