CHAP. 333.— An Act To pension John Maholm, dependent father.August 24, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Maholm.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the restrictions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Maholm, dependent father of George Maholm, late of Company B, Seventieth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, in the war of the rebellion. Approved, August 24, 1894.
