CHAP. 323.— An Act For the relief of Marlin Parks.August 23, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Marlin Parks.Granted honorable discharge. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to revoke the order of dismissal of Marlin Parks, late first lieutenant Company B, Eleventh West Virginia Volunteers, and issue to him an honorable discharge from the service of the United States, to date the eighteenth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, August 23, 1894.
