CHAP. 313.— An Act To authorize the construction of a lifesaving station at or near Rocky Point or East Marion. Long Island, New York.August 23, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Bock y Point, N. T. Lifesaving station authorized. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, anti he hereby is, authorized to construct or cause to be constructed a proper and sufficient lifesaving station at or near Rocky Point or East Marion, Long Island, New York, tor the uses and purposes of the lifesaving Service of the United States.
