CHAP. 275.— An Act To pension Harriet R. Tate.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Harriot R. Tate.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 275–277, 286. 1894.1007 pension roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the general pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Harriet R. Tate, widow of William S. Tate, late a private in Company L Thirteenth Regiment Indiana Cavalry. Approved, August 11, 1894.
