CHAP. 274.— An Act Granting a pension to A. F. Neely.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. F. Neely.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of A. F. Neely, late private, Company B, Second Kansas Militia, who was wounded in the right thigh at the battle of the Blue, said A.
F. Neely to be paid a pension proportionate to the degree of his disability from gunshot wounds of right thigh, incurred in said engagement, and disabilities resulting therefrom. Approved, August 11, 1894.
