CHAP. 272.— An Act Granting a pension to Sarah Oddy.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Sarah Oddy.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the Act of June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety, the name of Sarah Oddy, of Eldorado, Butler County, State of Kansas, widow of William Oddy, deceased, late of First Battery Colorado Volunteer Light *Proviso*.Dependence.Vol. 20, p. 182.Artillery: *Provided*, That proof of dependence under Act of June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety, shall be furnished to the pension Office.
