CHAP. 271.— An Act To pension Mary Trimble.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Trimble.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Mary Trimble, the permanently helpless daughter of Benjamin Trimble, junior, late a private in Nevins Independent Battery, Light Artillery, Pennsylvania Volunteers, subject to the Vol. 20, p. 182.limitations and provisions of the Act approved June twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety. Approved, August 11, 1894.
