CHAP. 268.— An Act To pension Joel A. Walters.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joel A. Walters.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joel A. Walters, of unsound mind, and son of James E. Watters, late a private in Company C, Fifty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteers, said pension to be paid his lawfully appointed guardian.
