CHAP. 267.— An Act To pension Ambrose Giseburt.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ambrose Giseburt.Pension. That, the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the limitations and provisions of the pension laws, the name of Ambrose Giseburt, of Company K, Thirty-third Regiment of enrolled Missouri Militia, at a rate proportionate to the degree of disability from injury to right hip and right shoulder: *Provided*,*Proviso*.Condition.
Said injury be shown to the satisfaction of the Pension Bureau to have been incurred in an engagement with armed enemies of the United States. Approved, August 11, 1894.
