Ives.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Ed. M. Ives.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to amend the record of Captain Ed. M. Ives, late of Company A, Forty-second United States Colored Infantry, so as to state that his resignation was accepted January first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, August 11, 1894.
