CHAP. 262.— An Act Granting a pension to Mrs. Lucinda C. Wheeler, widow of John H. Wheeler.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucinda C. Wheeler.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1004FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 262–266. 1894. pension roll the name of Mrs. Lucinda C. Wheeler, widow of John H. Wheeler, late private in Company L, Seventh Regiment Tennessee Cavalry, in the war of eighteen hundred and sixty-one, and grant her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, subject, however, to the limitations of the pension laws.
