CHAP. 258.— An Act Granting a pension to Otis Smith.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Otis Smith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 258–262. 1891.1003 laws, the name of Otis Smith, of North Cambridge, Massachusetts, late a private in Company D, Twentieth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and that he receive a pension of thirty dollars per month, in lieu of that which he now receives. Approved, August 11, 1894.
