CHAP. 256.— An Act To make the city of Oakland, county of Alameda, State of California, a subport of entry.August 11, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Oakland. Cal.Made subport of entry. That the city of Oakland, county of Alameda, State of California, be, and the same is hereby, made a subport of entry in the district of San Francisco, with the privileges of section seven of an Act entitled “An Act to amend theImmediate transportation privileges.Vol. 21, p. 174. statutes in relation to immediate transportation of dutiable goods, and for other purposes,” approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty.
