CHAP. 242.— An Act For the relief of Robert Travila for loss of carbine in late war.August 8, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Robert Travila.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby directed to settle with and, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, pay to Robert Travila, late of Company K, First United States Cavalry, the sum of seventy-five dollars and sixty cents, the amount overcharged him for loss of a carbine.

[Note by the Department of State.—The foregoing act having been presented to the President of the United States for his approval, and not having been returned by him to the house of Congress in which it originated within the time prescribed by the Constitution of the United States, has become a law without his approval.]
