CHAP. 235.— An Act Granting a pension to Charles F. Holly.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charles F. Holly.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, directed to place on the pension roll the name of Charles F. Holly, late captain of Company H, Second Regiment of Colorado Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month from the passage of this Act in lieu of the pension he is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1895.
