CHAP. 233.— An Act For the relief of Fred Kormann.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fred Kormann.Land patent to issue to. That the cash entry numbered eighty-three hundred and nine of lot four in section twenty-three, lot three in section twenty-four, lot one in section twenty-five, and lot five FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. III. Chs. 233–237. 1895.1047 in section twenty-six, in township one hundred and ten north of range twenty-nine west, in the district of lands subject to entry at the United States local land office at Marshall, in the State of Minnesota, made by one Fred Kormann on the sixth day of March, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed, and the Commissioner of the General Land Office is hereby authorized and directed to issue a patent therefor.
