CHAP. 228.— An Act For the relief of James Berry Duckett.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Berry Duckett.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to muster James Berry Duckett, of North Carolina, as of Company E, Ninth Regiment of Tennessee Cavalry, said muster to date from the sixteenth of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to issue to said James Berry Duckett an honorable discharge from said service, to date from the mustering out of said regiment. Approved, March 2, 1895.
