CHAP. 225.— An Act Granting increase of pension to Jesse C. Pinney.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jesse C. Pinney.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of fifty dollars per month, the name of Jesse C. Pinney, late a private of Company B, Ninth Kansas Volunteer Infantry, of the late war of the rebellion, and that said pension be in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, March 2, 1895.
