CHAP. 225.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion from the record of Andrew L. Grugett as a former member of Company E, Sixth Tennessee Cavalry, in the war of the rebellion, and to grant him an honorable discharge therefrom.August 4, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Andrew L. Grugett.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the record of Andrew L.
Grugett as a former member FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. II. Chs. 225, 229, 230, 239. 1894.999 of Company E, Sixth Tennessee Cavalry, in the war of the rebellion, and to grant him an honorable discharge therefrom: *Provided*, That*Proviso*.No pay, etc. no bounty, pay, or emoluments of any kind shall become due or payable by reason of the passage of this Act.
