CHAP. 224.— An Act Granting a pension to Charity Ann Smith.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charity Ann Smith.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charity Ann Smith, mother of R. Monroe Wiley, late a private in Company G, Thirteenth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month from the approval of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1895.
