CHAP. 223.— An Act For the relief of Benjamin F. Poteet.August 4, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Benjamin F. Poteet.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Benjamin F. Poteet, of Nebraska, one hundred and twenty-three dollars and sixty-eight cents, out of any moneys in the Treasury to the credit of the Sac and Fox Indians, the same being a repayment of amount wrongfully and by mistake collected from him in excess of contract price for laud purchased.
