CHAP. 22.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Palmer Banks, widow of Major-General Nathaniel P. Banks.January 9, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Palmer Banks.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll the name of Mary Palmer Banks, widow of Nathaniel P. Banks, late major general of the Army of the United States, and pay her at the rate of one hundred dollars a month. Approved, January 9, 1895.
