CHAP. 217.— An Act Granting a pension to Josephine Foote Fairfax.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in, Congress assembled*,,Josephine Foote Fairfax.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josephine Foote Fairfax, widow of the late Rear-Admiral Donald MacNeill Fairfax, of the United States Navy, at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, March 2, 1895.
