CHAP. 215.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth L. Markham.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elisabeth L. Markham.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth L. Markham, widow of Rufus A. Markham, late of Company G, Fiftieth Regiment Pennsylvania Infantry, and pay her a pension of eight dollars per month: *Provided*, That pension under*Proviso*.Condition. this Act shall cease in case it be shown that said soldier is alive.
