CHAP. 213.— An Act To pension Susannah Kepford, of Noble County, Indiana.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Susannah Kepford.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Susannah Kepford, of Noble County, Indiana, as former widow of Joel Clark, deceased, late a private in Company D, One hundred and forty-second Regiment of Indiana Volunteers in the war of the rebellion, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension law, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from the date of the Final passage of this Act.
