CHAP. 209.— An Act To pension David H. Sexton for services in Oregon Indian wars.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,David H. Sexton.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension roll of the Government the name of David H. Sexton, of Captain Robert Williams’s Company E, Second Regiment Oregon Volunteers, for meritorious service, and for wounds received by hostile Indians, in the Oregon Indian war of eighteen hundred and fifty-five and eighteen hundred and fifty-six in Oregon, then a Territory, and allow him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
