CHAP. 208.— An Act To remove the charge of desertion from the record of William Albin, late of Company D, Thirty-fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William Albin.Charge of desertion removed. That the Secretary of War is directed to remove from the records of the War Department the charge of desertion now standing against William Albin, late a sergeant of Company D, Thirty-fourth Regiment of Indiana Volunteer Infantry in the war of the rebellion; *Provided*, That no pay, bounty, or allowance*Proviso*.No pay, etc. shall accrue to the said William Albin in consequence of the passage of this Act.
