CHAP. 206.— An Act To pension John B. Leach.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John B. Leach.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls the name of John B. Leach, father of John R. Leach, who was formerly a member of Company A, Fifty-ninth New York Infantry, and to pay him the pension of a dependent father from the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1895.
