CHAP. 202.— An Act For the relief of John and Sarah Griffin.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John and Sarah Griffin.Claim referred to Court of Claims. That the claim of John Griffin and Sarah Griffin; of the city of Greenville and State of Mississippi, for damage done to their realty, situate in the county of Jefferson and State of Kentucky, by United States troops, while the said troops occupied the said realty as a smallpox hospital from the year eighteen hundred and sixty-two to the year eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, both inclusive, be, and hereby is, referred to the Court of Claims, with full jurisdiction and authority in the said court to hear and determine all questions of fact and law in the said claim, and said court is directed to take order in the premises, and as speedily as may be to report herein to the House of Representatives in all things as provided by law.
