CHAP. 196.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mrs. Martha Custis Carter, widow of the late Rear-Admiral S. P. Carter.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Martha Custis Carter.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name FIFTY-THIRD CONGRESS. Sess. III. Chs. 190–200. 1895.1039 of Martha Custis Carter, widow of the late Rear-Admiral S.
P. Carter, on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, and pay her a pension at, the rate of thirty dollars per month from and after the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1895.
