CHAP. 194.— An Act To fix the times and places for holding the Federal courts in the Suite and district of Nebraska.August 3, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Nebraska judicial district.[R. S., secs. 572, 658, pp. 100, 120](/us/rs/t/s572/658/pp100/120).Vol. 23, p. 443.Terms.Omaha. That hereafter terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States within and for the State and district of Nebraska shall be held at the times and places following, that is to say:
At Omaha City, on the first Monday in May and the second Monday in November in each year; At the city of Lincoln, on the third Monday in January and the firstLincoln Monday in October in each year; At the city of Hastings, on the third Monday in April; andBoatings.Norfolk.Effect. At the city of Norfolk, on the fourth Monday in April of each year. Sec. 2. That the passage of this Act shall not operate so as to change any existing law,except as to the change of time for holding said courts.
