CHAP. 181.— An Act To further amend section nine of the Act for the relief of certain volunteer and regular soldiers of the late war and the war with Mexico, passed March second, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine.March 2, 1895. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Charges of desertion.Time extended for applying for removing, volunteers, etc.Vol. 25, p. 871. That section nine of the Act for the relief of certain volunteer and regular soldiers of the late war and the war with Mexico, approved March second, eighteen hundred and eighty-nine, be, and the same is hereby, so amended as to remove the limitation of time within which applications for relief may be received anti acted upon under the provisions of said Act.
