CHAP. 173.— An Act To remove the political disabilities of Caleb Huse.July 30, 1894. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Caleb Huse.Political disabilities removed. That, two-thirds of the Senate and House of Representatives concurring therein, all political disabilities imposed upon and incurred by Caleb Huse, formerly of the State of Alabama and now of the State of New York, by virtue of the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution, be, and are hereby, removed. Approved, July 30, 1894.
